Esher Pizza - (Near , South East)

5 /5 Robin: Beautiful place, lovely experience and excellent pizza. Guys who run the place are lovely and I can’t wait to come again. Great price for value pizza, Fenomenal place.

1 /5 Thomas Halewood: On both their app and their website open times are incorrect. We ordered a pizza at 23:15, after the restaurant was closed but (Esher Pizza) app said it was still open, it took payment and we never got anything. We didnt receive any call or inquiry the next day until we called them around 16:45 ( They had been open for nearly an hour) to which they barely seemed to care and we had to ask them to deliver us the food now. We live a 2 min drive from the shop but it took over an hour for the food to arrive and when it did arrive it was in poor condition with sauce spilt over the pizza. Food can be good, but its incredibly inconsistent with its quality, horrific service. Not the first time where we had to wait for a long delay and spilt sauce.

1 /5 Tony Maritz: Without a doubt the worst tasting pizza Ive ever had. Firstly, it arrived 45min late, it wasnt fresh at all, its cold and horrid, literally takes like cardboard! Hardly any toppings either. Ive eaten a slice of each pizza and thrown the rest away. I thought Id try these guys based on a decent review off Uber Eats, NEVER AGAIN. Wish I could get a refund and spend half of it buying pizzas at CoOp instead, even they do a better one.

1 /5 Ben Domican: Absolutely disgusting restaurant, food was an hour late i then called the restaurant to cancel my order as I was fed up of waiting. They refused to listen and then was told I had to wait and they would not cancel the order. A further 40 mins later the food turned up stone cold and dry! I then bit into the burger and felt a sharp pain, only to find a cocktail stick in the middle of the burger that was not visible at all. Which caused a huge cut on my gum, and inside my top lip and not to mention i nearly choked on it. I then called to restaurant to complain was told there was no manager to complain to and that someone would call me the following day. After 5 days of waiting still no one called me. So I called them again, the staff member hung up the phone on me. I then called back yet again, finally spoke to a manager who told me that the photos on Uber Eats clearly show a visible cocktail stick in the burger. I then pointed out to the manager that there are no photos of any food on their website so that is an out and out lie. I asked him for a full refund and he refused to do so. Terrible restaurant, terrible customer service. Would never eat here again, give this place a miss at all costs. I will be filing a complaint with the food and safety regulators. I will also be filing a civil court law suit to take this further. DO NOT EAT HERE!

4 /5 Alastair Battson: Its a delivery/to go pizza place. Nothing fancy. Pizza was simple. Limited toppings but still nice. Made very quickly. In the 10 mins it took to get there it was ready and still warm when we got home. We got the esher style thin crust which was nice although a little thicker than I am used to for thin.
