Filishack - Elephant & Castle - (Near , South East)

Cher I really enjoyed the experience here for Christmas period. There was movie screening for dinner guests or hotel guests to check out, also a Christmas disco floor with lighting and music, both are nothing extravagant but just feel the heart put into it giving a nice warm touch to the experience. The main course was so so, I chose the turkey dish, but the starter pete was good and the bread was warm and soft. They gave guests takeaway homemade jam and gingerbread after the dinner too, that again felt very cozy and warm. Thank you for the enjoyable experience.

Sheena King When I got to the venue, I was greeted by several friendly and helpful security staff, which made me feel like my visit would go smoothly. In the dining area, I found plenty of seating options and chose a more comfortable spot. At first, I felt a little awkward with the staff, but one of them was very helpful with my sister and friends orders. As my sister and I were about to leave, we were asked about our bills, which was a bit embarrassing for me. This indicated a communication problem among the staff since they should have known the payment was already taken care of. Overall, the food was good; I really enjoyed the pepper sauce, which added flavor without being too spicy. The halloumi wrap was nice as well—simple but delicious. By the end of the meal, I was happily full and look forward to trying the prawns next time.

Dill Jones A class act. been coming here for my regular coffee treat and the odd lunch or event over the years, and while I don’t usually write reviews, Saturdays visit deserves my time here. I have gotten to know the team over the years and they have every bit of integrity and professionalism you want in your favourite haunt. I go back time and time again because I trust the team here. Saturday it seemed the whole world descended onto the beach and the lovely team were doing the usual runs. I sat and enjoyed the brilliant views, a glass of vino and waited (a little longer than usual) for my fish finger sandwich. Bliss! The wait doesn’t matter much when you have a sunny Saturday afternoon off, views like they have and a cold glass of wine. As I said I have gotten to know the team over the years, and I could see they were feeling a little defeated. Please remember… we are all going through a hard economic time right now. Hospitality is tough especially. If we want to keep enjoying these fantastic local spots, we owe it to the staff to give them grace and we owe ourselves a little less self importance and a lot more perspective. Keep it up all. Natasha Hewson Not my first time here - we have been many times just not done a review. This is my favourite Restaurant in Marlow… Sunday Roast is to die for!! Not to mention most of the hot starters…. Delicious And the whole team are fantastic at what they do and all very friendly. Well done Lavvin once again great performance all round!

V Ma I ordered them a several times via Uber Eats. Their large portion amazed me every time. Their sushi and sashimi were great. Chicken was tender and juicy! I ordered their Ebi (prawn tempura) bento, it was delicious as well. I would prefer a little more veggies/salad in the bento though.

Luxstella Anton I came with my family and we had a fantastic time! We enjoyed delicious peri peri chicken and cheesy chips! The atmosphere and customer service was brilliant, the pricing of the food is very reasonable. There is also an option to order online and receive the food by delivery services. I would definitely recommend Chicken World to chicken lovers!
