1 /5 frozen Ice: I really hope the boss sees this comment. The lady who works at the front desk on Sunday morning (January 25th) is really unsuitable for serving customers. Whenever she does her job, her attitude is always terrible. She not only doesnt understand customers requests, but she also always looks impatient, as if customers owe her a lot of money! Ive been buying breakfast at this store for several years, and Ive seen this lady with a sour face many times. Most of the other employees are very nice, but this lady is the only one with a bad attitude. Sometimes Ive even seen her arguing with other colleagues in front of customers! I understand that the employees are under a lot of work pressure, and I hope the boss can pay attention to the employees emotions and not let the employees negative emotions be passed on to customers.
