3 /5 Idris Jimoh: Hayatt offers proper Naija vibes and a fun clubbing experience. However, they don’t seem well organized, they kept us waiting outside even after charging a £20 entry fee. The ambiance was amazing overall, but the staff were not friendly or helpful. The drinks were unnecessarily expensive, which I found bizarre. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t a great one either. They definitely need to work on crowd control and stop treating customers like beggars.

2 /5 SJ Events: Today I visited Hayatt lounge. What an experience. I arrived at around 10:30. Thank God because my friends paid £20 from 11. Quite absurd if you ask me considering it’s a restaurant but okay. Number 2, that drummer is very interesting. I believe the dj was trying his best but the drummer must have been listening to his own music. A shame to be honest because the music was actually very good. Personally, in my opinion, I believe a drummer is not needed. It’s just too loud!!! It sounds like chaos. The food was also cold, the wings tasted like water and oil. The security are so unprofessional. How can you flirt with women on the job? Number 3, the price of Belaire ???? It doesn’t make sense for a restaurant to be charging club prices for alcohol. But The suya was nice!!! And I’m sorry to say that closing DJ needs to try harder. The first dj sets the vibe then the second one just brings it down. Overall I would return to be honest, but some corrections need to be made.

1 /5 Nyeshia Williams: I am genuinely shocked by how poor the experience was at Hyatt Lounge, particularly the management and lack of basic customer service. We attended to celebrate my cousin’s birthday. Upon arrival, we were told there was no space in the restaurant. A woman who presented herself as the manager apologised and suggested we sit in the shisha lounge instead, assuring us it would get busy and that other guests might be placed at our table. Although the area was freezing, we agreed. At around 1:30am, she returned and told us we needed to move because other guests were “spending more money.” Shortly after, a man then appeared claiming to be the manager and insisted we leave the table — despite us having shisha, drinks, and already being settled. The approach was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was no customer care, no manners, and no respect shown. While the venue looks nice on the surface, there are many obvious issues: ripped seating, watered-down cocktails, and an atmosphere that makes it very clear that unless you are spending £400+ on bottles, you are not valued as a customer. This place prioritises money over people and hides poor standards behind aesthetics. I would not recommend it and will not be returning.

4 /5 Queen Ibhas: My friends and I had our graduation party here in January and it was such a fantastic experience. We were the first ones in as soon as they opened, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy each other’s company before it got busy. The atmosphere was perfect, and the place was beautifully decorated for us, which made the celebration feel extra special. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and everything flowed smoothly throughout the night. The setup, the service, and the overall vibe made it a memorable occasion. We had so much fun and couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate such an important milestone. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to host a party or special event, it’s worth it!
