5 /5 Robin K: Go there, delicious food! I tried a Haleem dish from here previously and it was really good, so I went to get another takeaway. The place was clean and quiet, with ample comfortable seating and friendly attentive staff. The haleem was as good as I recalled, a really generous proportion of slow cooked lamb, melting into soft barley grains, very fragrantly spiced with cloves and cinnamon - without major heat. The dish was beautifully garnished with buttery fried cashew nuts and other toppings. I definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to return to try their biryani. The lady in the kitchen also expertly brewed some excellent black tea with a hint of lemon which was ideal after the meal.

1 /5 Mohd Taqiuddin: Very disappointing experience. I ordered a lamb and chicken biryani, but what I received was basically plain white rice with no proper lamb or biryani flavour at all. This is completely misleading. When I called the restaurant to explain the issue, the person who answered was extremely rude and misbehaving, instead of trying to resolve the problem. Poor food quality and even worse customer service. Definitely not ordering from here again.

5 /5 aarati balaji: We’ve been ordering from Hyderabad House 2–3 times a week ever since I found them on Deliveroo, and even though I’m based in Croydon, the food is absolutely worth it every single time. The dum biryani is the clear highlight — rich, aromatic, and consistently delicious. The tikkas are outstanding too: incredibly flavourful with that unmistakable charcoal aroma and taste, which really shows they’re cooked properly in a traditional tandoor. I can’t comment on the atmosphere or ambience as I’ve only ever ordered delivery, but the food travels well, portions are generous, prices are very reasonable, and the quality and taste are mostly very consistent. If you’re looking for authentic, well-cooked Indian food with real flavour, this place has become a regular go-to for us. Highly recommended.
