Chelsea Mendham I had a fantastic experience at the Dagenham McDonald’s Yesterday, all thanks to Sana! From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, she was incredibly welcoming and professional. I was asked to park up, and Sana actually brought the food over to my car herself. She had a genuine smile on her face and made sure everything was 100% correct and piping hot. It’s rare to get such high-quality, personal customer service at a drive-thru, but Sana really went above and beyond to make the effort. She’s an absolute credit to the Dagenham team! werewolf666rock Food is very good, but price for portions are quite high considering its a food display window cabinet inside a supermarket. Yes food is made daily and fresh, but with these prices I rather go eat in a restaurant serving the same food. Also the location is wrong on maps, it sends you somewhere else.

While waiting to order, I overheard another customer demanding a discount for an issue from *months* ago. The owner politely explained that problems should be reported within a reasonable time, which is totally fair. It’s clear they work hard to provide great food and honest service. Don’t let the odd unreasonable complaints fool you!
