itsu - Victoria Station - (Near Westminster, South East)

5 /5 Vamshi Challa: I visited itsu at Victoria Station last night and had a great experience. The team leader, Buddha, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole team created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Fresh food and excellent service thank you, Buddha, for making my visit so enjoyable!

She’s the lovely Spanish girl working in this store, and I even kept my receipt to make sure I got her name right! Thank you so much for today — you were so kind, patient, and super helpful helping me choose the perfect sushi box (which was absolutely delicious!).I really appreciate your recommendation and our little chat — it truly made my day. 5 /5 helena chalfon: The guy at the till was so lovely! Helped me choose my soup and quickly explained the differences between the ones I was in doubt of. He was also super nice and friendly, asking me how my day was. Hospitality can be tough, but this guy made my day with how smiley and thoughtful he was!

1 /5 Jonah Siggery: The guy on the till charge me twice for one of the products and I realised it when I was already on my train. Also scanned by accident one of my products when leaving, with the scanner pointing to outside and probably over charged the next customer too. ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT because they are very cheeky, they rush you, don’t give a receipt, don’t take cash and they’re quite rude. Itsu is completely dead for me as an option when I’m at Victoria Station. Very expensive and really bad service.
