J Sheekey - (Near Westminster, South East)

Sapan Chavda Was here for a quick meal before seeing some friends. Ordered a variety of dishes, and a cocktail. Familiar flavours, but done exceptionally well. Their Hawaiian Popcorn Chicken was a much larger portion than I was expecting! The Kalua pork taco was a bit too delicate for my liking, however hit on the flavour notes. The tofu and kimchi taquitos were crispy and easy enough to eat without making a big mess! I’d recommend this as a good date spot or catch-up with friends.

Sarah Oren Brasky Puchita was a lovely help after a long touristy morning, when I needed a reprieve for my hungry cranky kid. We left happy, satiated, and relaxed. I had the vegetarian Med Toast— delicious! Kids menu fish n chips was just right, too. Great little quiet find!!

Ashraf Abu Rmeleh The atmosphere is classic, and the food was delicious. We ordered the English breakfast, which costs £16.90 per person. They also have a halal version of it, which includes turkey instead of bacon. Highly recommended! They serve breakfast till 11:30 AM

Supersupergirl Goodwhich pan Asian cafe. I remember this opening in 2022 with Japanese Indian fusion bao offerings but just didnt captivate me. Finally paid them a visit because of the 4.95 Nasi Chicken rice. It comes with sesame but I had it without. Overall not bad as it tasted like pulled chicken tikka with rice and Thankfully not too spicy. The rice was a bit too soft for my liking though.

Kerry Sieger My sister and I went to Brasserie Blanc on a whim. French just sounded better than Italian, which had been our original plan. We are so glad we went! Everything from the service to the food to the ambiance was wonderful. I had escargots and sautéed mushrooms and artichoke hearts, finished with an apple tart. My sister had pate and pan fried trout finished with pistachio soufflé. We both had a glass of wine (Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon blanc, respectively). Every bit of the food was delicious. And the service! I jokingly mentioned to the waiter that I thought the vegan mushrooms and artichokes would taste better sautéed in butter, and he must have spoken to the chef because voila there was a distinct butter taste to my meal! The hostess was very friendly too, telling us the signature dessert (pistachio soufflé) and also mentioning the loyalty program at the restaurant (Le Club), which gave us a 25% discount. My sister and I enjoyed both the food and the service so much we’re planning to return tomorrow night, our last night in London, to try all the foods we didn’t get a chance to try tonight. I highly recommend Brasserie Blanc, especially the Chancery Lane location!

Abbiline Mendosa Had a lovely time at Crudo. We were a table of 4 and ordered the Crudo tasting menu and the Vegetarian tasting menu. Very decent portion sizes, superb presentation, and the food was delicious, particularly the chicken nduja and tuna tiradito. Service was great too, very friendly.
