3 /5 Hazal Kaya: We visited on the 4th of October for our 19:30 booking, arrived around 19:40. A few people were ahead of us, and the gentleman at the door (possibly the floor manager) escorted them nicely with menus. When it was our turn, I gave my name and time, but he didn’t even look at us — just pointed to a table and, in a rude tone, told us to “sit.” No menu, no welcome, nothing.
After waiting about 15 minutes, we finally got our menus. Thankfully, the food was great, our waitress was lovely, and the gentleman serving drinks (maybe the bar manager) was very friendly.
As a couple working in the same industry, we were really disappointed by the poor welcome, especially since everything else — food, wine, and service — was excellent.
