I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your KFC outlet.
During my visit, I experienced several issues with both the food quality and the service provided. The food served was cold, the chicken had a bitter taste, and the chips were soggy. This was extremely disappointing, as it did not meet the standard I expect from your restaurant.
Additionally, we informed a staff member about the issue and specifically requested that the food be served warm. Unfortunately, our request was ignored, and the food was returned to us still cold and tasteless. This lack of attention to customer concerns further added to our disappointment.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and address these issues to ensure better quality control and customer service in the future.
