Food is AMAZING try the Falafel sandwich with a bit of Cholula on the side perfect combo with a flat white. They pastries vegan and taste like heaven I can’t get enough of this place literally come 2-3 times per week, since I live a bit far. My go to place for every occasion

Shiny Candi I absolutely adore Pam’s Exotic Jerk Hut in Dockside. It’s my go-to on the weeks I don’t have my children and don’t want to cook, and it never disappoints. The food is proper Caribbean comfort food — full of flavour, cooked with care, and there’s always a great range of choices available. I’ve never turned up and felt like I was scraping the barrel; there’s always plenty to choose from. I’ll be honest — I dont really buy Caribbean food in Kent, I always used to pick it up on my way back from South London, so finding this place locally has been amazing. It genuinely feels like a little taste of home without the long journey. The service is impeccable every single time — friendly, warm, and welcoming. The hut itself is tiny but always spotless, well organised, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of pride goes into running this place. My only (very minor!) gripe is that there’s never quite enough coco bread for the patties — but honestly, that just tells you how popular they are. Absolutely love this place and will keep coming back. A real gem.

Anson Varghese Always very tasty food ❤️ We order their prawns biryani, as an Indian I love these flavours and portions are generous too. Quantity of prawns is so good. a bit on the Spicer side, but you can always mention to make it less spicy. Their fish cutlets are damn good as well. Very humble and honest people.

Mylo The food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I genuinely have no notes, the grilled fish, although you will have to wait a bit longer, was super tasty as well as the peanut and lamb soup with the foutou! Me and my partner devoured everything so quickly. Its been a week and we are still thinking about this restaurant every single day. The service was very lovely and we loved the music in the background.

Darren We’ve been eating here for many years and we’ve always been happy with the quality of the food as well as the friendly and attentive service. It’s a great place to eat proper Cantonese food. We highly recommend any seafood from here, especially lobster. They cook a great tofu broccoli dish too.
