4 /5 Yogita Uchil: A Cozy Mediterranean Brunch in Wimbledon Village
After a delightful 2-mile walk through Wimbledon Village, we stumbled upon this charming spot for a Mediterranean brunch. The cozy ambiance and the no-fuss menu instantly set the tone for a relaxed meal.
We ordered the meat shawarma, soup of the day, and Beirut beer. The soup arrived piping hot, paired perfectly with fresh bread, making it an ideal choice for the chilly weather. It warmed us up nicely and prepared us for the rest of our walk. The meat shawarma was flavorful, generously packed with well-seasoned meat, and accompanied by creamy hummus and a fresh salad – a hearty, satisfying combination. The Beirut beer was smooth and mild, rounding off our brunch with a refreshing finish.
All in all, a straightforward yet delicious dining experience that provided the perfect fuel for our journey to the Wimbledon Stadium. If you’re looking for good food without any frills, this place is worth a visit!
