Mama’s Pizza & Pasta - (Near Sutton, South East)

1 /5 concept 3w: Extremely disappointing experience. My order arrived nearly an hour late. When I finally called to check, the staff claimed they couldnt reach me, which makes no sense as other delivery services have no issues contacting me, and my buildings reception is always available to take calls. To make matters worse, the order was wrong. I ordered a combo via UberEats where the only options were chicken wings or jalapeno bites, yet I received chicken dippers. When I pointed this out, the staff insisted they were correct and refused to acknowledge the mistake. Terrible problem-solving skills and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

1 /5 MAX MAX: Went her for some takeaway pizzas, and a pasta. Ordered and went there to pick up. Pizzas were late by 15mins. The pizzas had absolutely NO taste. We had the 3 veg and 2 meat. The meat one were slightly better.. they were eaten but no one said they liked them. The pasta was so bland that we had to put in some of our own sause to make it edible. Was expecting alot better. After reading the reviews and been told they are very good, so very disappointed. It very rare that I put such a review and dont like it. I hope the owners do something to make some changes or look into it, as it could have been a bad day. Will try again in the future and see if its changed.

5 /5 Atif Sadiq: I would like ti express my appreciation for the excellent service and food at Mama Pizza. The staff were courteous and the meal was prepared with great care and taste. I look to visiting again.
