5 /5 Vueve Cross: My friend and I had such a surprisingly good time at Megan’s in Richmond this Friday. What really stood out for us were the staff and ambiance of the restaurant. Even though they were extremely busy, both Zach and Leakna made sure we weren’t waiting long for anything. We both had the bottomless brunch and couldn’t recommend it more! One of the best deals this side of the Thames.

5 /5 Wiola Kucharczyk: Such a lovely Mediterranean spot in Richmond. Everything we had was really well done, full of flavour and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole place just had a great, relaxed vibe. We really enjoyed it and would definitely go back.

5 /5 Neval Osman: I had a wonderful lunch at Megan’s in Richmond (Old Town Hall) and it’s quickly become one of my favourite spots in the area. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere struck me — warm, inviting, with a lovely medley of Mediterranean flair. The décor is charming without being over the top; the fairy lights, wooden furniture, textured touches and thoughtful layout all create a relaxed, stylish vibe. The service was friendly and attentive. Our server was welcoming.

5 /5 Ryan Summers: We had our wedding reception dinner here and the team at Richmond Megans are fantastic. The welcoming and friendly service left us to really enjoy our day, and special shout out to Zack who helped us each time we went in to ask questions if we can do X,Y or Z on the day and was absolutely on it in the day with our group of 35 people to look after ( as well as normal restaurant service upstairs - incredible) The food was absolutely amazing ( 3 course set meal for groups - all the guests were really excited by the choices when we sent these out, and loved them in the day. The shared starters mix and match was lovely) The downstairs decor of Richmond Megans is wonderful and everything made our day perfect. Thank you all, Mr and Mrs Summers

5 /5 Csilla Tyahun: I had a really lovely time at Megan’s Richmond. The ambience was vibrant and homely at the same time, with a warm, lively atmosphere that immediately made us feel comfortable. Our server Zach was fantastic. He was energetic, funny, and had such a bubbly personality that made us feel genuinely welcome. He interacted with us in a very natural way and added a personal touch to the whole experience. He also showed great upselling skills – he mentioned the happy hour, checked if we were ready for another round of drinks, suggested starters and nibbles, and even tried to tempt us with dessert. It all felt very friendly and never pushy, just good, attentive service. We really enjoyed the food as well. The flavours were great and everything felt fresh and well prepared. The only small thing for me personally was that the dishes were a little bit too spicy for my taste, but that is just a personal preference.Overall it was a really enjoyable visit with a great atmosphere and a wonderful team.
