Morley’s Fried Chicken - (Near Kent, South East)

1 /5 Kimberley condliffe: Popped in store for food Friday, got a standard chicken fillet meal, got home I ate some as the chicken seemed very sloppy.. cut to Saturday morning Im being sick and got diarrhoea terribly, terrible pains in my stoamch. Im currently curled up in bed in agony with food poisoning. I had morleys last year n wasnt all that but thought id try it again seeing as my partner loves it. Hes absolutely fine as he had something different. Service was slow even tho we was the only ones in their. Not for me!!

3 /5 James Evans: I go here every month or two and it’s not to bad . Seem to be very busy with takeaway orders mostly and customer service in-store is lacking . Iv seen them tell many people 5-10-15 min wait for chicken instore and looks almost like they only cook to order a lot . Keeps chicken juicy but then also Iv noticed they put it straight in takeaway boxes etc before it’s drained making the meal soggy . (Iv had instances of the box just falling apart ) ribs are nice thou I just think the staff here are overworked doing too many hours.

1 /5 JPUK5bbd: The staff here are ridiculous. I get the same poor service every single visit but this evening visit really got up my nose. I mean, it’s a vast chicken shop chain so I don’t expect much from their staff but still, you’d expect at the very least a bit of etiquette. After standing there for nearly 15 mins waiting for someone to take my order, a new customer arrives and got served straight away. I said to 1 or the 2 staff at the tills, I hadn’t ordered yet, you see me standing here waiting patiently. Granted, they were busy and fulfilling just eat orders but when I was finally served, I didn’t get even the slightest apology or the faintest sorry or thanks for waiting. Nothing. Just a vacant look of confusion. Just their sheer lack of any customer services I walked out as I felt my blood boil and it could have gone 0-100 at the drop of a pin. Worst Morley’s I’ve been to with the worst absent minded staff. I was a regular here at least once a fortnight. Not anymore.

1 /5 Tori Ava: Absolutely horrible never recommend to go, I tried taking my kids out for a little take out. They way I tell you they almost vomited, worst 30 quid ever spent.
