1 /5 Jyotsana Gautam: I went to the store today and unfortunately had a negative experience. The cashier did not pay attention at first and continued to appear uninterested even after I greeted her. When I politely asked if she could warm up the samosa, she said it was already warm, but it was actually cold. I also purchased gujhiya, which tasted old and not fresh. These issues together made the visit disappointing. I hope the management looks into improving staff behaviour and ensuring food items are served fresh.”
