This was not a cooking mistake — it was obvious and should never have been packed or sent out. I was offered a refund, which will take up to 10 working days. I’ve always had good experiences here before, but this shows a complete failure in basic quality checks.

Even with such a large group, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. He made sure everyone had what they needed and made the whole evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. Gary is honestly one of the best waiters I’ve ever met, and he truly deserves recognition for his outstanding service.

5 /5 Emily: Had an amazing meal here this Sunday evening. Staff were super friendly (especially the young lad serving us at the till) and service time was impeccable. After speaking to the manager regarding how happy we were with our experience, he offered us a free side or dessert as “an act of appreciation”. Hands down the best nandos weve ever been to.
