5 /5 Lavi Avy: Lovely atmosphere and great for group celebrations We recently celebrated a birthday at Nando’s with a group of 15 people, and overall it was a really nice experience. The atmosphere was amazing — lively, welcoming, and perfect for a special occasion. We had a wonderful birthday celebration, and everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed the time together. The parking spaces are good, but they were quite difficult to find because many people seemed to park there even if they weren’t visiting Nando’s. Still, once inside, everything was well organised. Food-wise, I personally found even the non-spicy chicken a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was the only one who had this issue. Everyone else in the group loved their meals, ate well, and some even ordered extra food to take home. The kids were especially excited and had a great time. Overall, a beautiful experience, great for families and larger groups. I would definitely recommend it for celebrations and gatherings.

5 /5 Milaniyah Benkacem: I came during Ramadan and the service was amazing honestly they were working off their feet feeeding over 300 people at one time - the manager was so friendly and the porrr staff bless them could not even break their fast because they wanted everyone else to get their meal on time - honestly this team deserves recognitions from the nandooes headoffice

1 /5 Sh Sh: I’m honestly so upset with my experience here. The food came out completely burnt — not just a little overdone, but genuinely charred to the point where it ruined the whole meal. For a place that usually prides itself on consistency, this was such a let-down. I was looking forward to enjoying my food, but it was dry, blackened, and not edible. When you’re paying for a meal out, the bare minimum is that the food isn’t burnt. Nando’s Acton really needs to step up the quality control because this wasn’t it. I left disappointed and definitely won’t be rushing back. Very noisy

She was absolutely amazing — super kind, attentive, and made sure everything was on time and just right. Even though the restaurant was really busy, she stayed calm and professional, and her service didn’t slip for a second. She checked in on us at just the right moments — helpful without being overbearing — which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. People like Marie really make a difference. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!
