3 /5 Gregory Clarke: We book this restaurant in advance and made them aware that there will be someone with dietary restrictions intolerance to wheat and dairy. So when we went through the menu it felt like they was doing it for the first time, really wasnt aware what the guest could eat or not, or at least the manager comes over and takes over the conversation instead of the waiter going back and thought. Not great. We also made them aware in advance on the booking but it seems they didnt prepare themselves until we mentioned it at the table. When the guest wanted the Sunday Roast Veg for the roast chicken they said they would have to charge her for both meals it be extra cost but they was happy to server her the Sunday roast without the trimmings. Which felt a little unfair, so they offered her sprouts you will see the picture.. I would say brush up on your menu on what your customers can have or not, the waiter made my friend feel like she was the problem and being an issue and there should be flexibility on building a plate for that person. This will be the only time we will visit here. Apart from the above the food was tasty and its a great roast, I would say its slightly overpriced. On presentation it looks a bit flat, all the colour of the veg was hidden under everything, did it fill me up, No!

5 /5 Denise: My sister and I visited 32 Old Town for the Veuve Clicquot champagne birthday offer, and we were truly impressed with the experience. Our server, Pro, gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and its pairings. We enjoyed the steak and spit-roast lemon and thyme chicken, followed by a delicious cheese board. Everything—apart from a slightly longer wait time—was well above expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning soon. Thank you to the staff at 32 Old Town for making our day special.

5 /5 Niall von Howard: My friend and I staged a delicious rebellion and skipped the usual pink-themed perils of the high street for this spot instead. The food was so good it felt genuinely disrespectful to every other place currently plating eggs Benedict in SW4. My tastebuds have essentially filed for divorce from the rest of the Clapham Common radius. The service was flawless, attentive without being terrifying. If youre looking for an actual reason to get out of bed, and not just another photo for the grid, you need to try this. Highly, highly recommend over the usual suspects.

5 /5 Silvia de Andrade: Visited for supper on 3rd March. Was the usual great experience that weve come to expect from the pub. Good quality, well priced flavoursome food, open kitchen manned by professional but still friendly staff, nice drink selection and exceptional service. Adam, could not have been more accommodating and made my wheelchair bound, elderly mother feel really special. Lovely environment day or nighttime, though a little echoey, so not the place for intimate chats.
