2 /5 M N: The spaghetti bolognese was wonderful and the wait staff were kind and attentive. However we really felt let down by the service from the manager (?). We had booked a table for 10 people however a few people in our party arrived late and two could not come in the end, so we ended up as a group of 8. Thirty minutes into our booking, the man who I can only presume is the manager, scolded my friend who made the reservation by saying “what you did was not nice, booking for 10 people but where are they, it’s not nice”. We understood that they could have served other customers during that time therefore we thought of a solution which was to shuffle down and let them separate off a table of two to be used by other customers. Not even a thank you from that man. To that man, you should understand that for whatever reason some people might not turn up to their booking however we came up with a solution for you despite your scolding which humiliated us in front of other customers. Ultimately everyone saw your true, unprofessional nature - even the wait staff seemed embarrassed by you. Despite how you treated us, we tried to enjoy our meal and even ordered some wine. We gave your restaurant good business. We left on time after 1h 40min. Usually groups of 8 stay for at least 2 hours but we gave you back your table in less than that. Disappointing experience, would not recommend this place for big groups as management appear to be totally incapable of serving tables larger than 4 people.

5 /5 Emily Anderson Drake: We had a fantastic experience at Nuovi Sapporo Fulham. The food was absolutely outstanding, beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. The sushi was especially impressive, clearly made with high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The service was warm, attentive and professional without being intrusive. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and were happy to make recommendations. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, making it perfect for both a casual dinner and a special occasion. Everything from start to finish felt thoughtfully done. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Nuovi Sapporo Fulham to anyone looking for excellent Japanese cuisine in the area

5 /5 Mohannad Tadros: Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants we’ve tried in London. A truly authentic, local spot with genuine, welcoming people and absolutely amazing food. They were incredibly kind to our toddlers and seated us quickly without any fuss. We’ll definitely be coming back and making this our regular go-to place.

5 /5 Ree: My grandad’s local authentic Italian restaurant is Nuovi Sapori, and he’s been going for countless years. I’ve been lucky enough to eat here twice, and wanted to leave a review expressing just how wonderful this place is. The owner, Sergio, is charismatic, kind, and charming - always making time to chat and happily accommodating anything we need. On my first visit, I had the king prawns to start. The tomato and garlic sauce, along with the potato pancake they come with, are absolutely outstanding. My grandad’s go-to for years has been the baked avocado with crab. For my main I had the salmon on spinach - a simple, honest dish full of flavour and beautifully cooked. On my second visit, we booked in advance (super easy - just call and they’re incredibly helpful). We had zucchini fries on the table, which are always great, and their bread, which comes with the most amazing tomato oil. For my main, I had the special: tuna steak with salsa verde and broccoli. What a wonderful meal. The tuna was cooked perfectly for me, and they even offered to adjust it on request (not needed!). Packed with flavour - I would happily order it again. Someone I was dining with had the veal Milanese and spaghetti pomodoro. While I didn’t try the veal, it looked wonderful and got great compliments. I did try the pomodoro, and it was exactly what you want from a charming, honest, brilliant Italian restaurant - simple but perfect. For dessert, we had an affogato, tiramisu, and a cappuccino brûlée - all lovely. Drinks service is great too, with excellent house wines. It’s a warm, welcoming venue run by an incredible team. Looking forward to coming again to try more of the extensive, wonderful menu. Cannot recommend here more for a fantastic lunch, evening meal, or special experience.
