5 /5 Shawn: Got a nice quarter pounder burger with cod and chips. The food was tasty, and the chips were crispy. The staff at the front are very friendly.

1 /5 Christopher Coyne: This is the most honest review I can give against this disgusting place. From start to finish it was a joke. We ordered 2 large cod and 1 large portion of chips with a bottle of coke. We finally recieved our order and when we opened the fish it was so badly coated in oil and grease that the two layers of paper were soaked through. One piece of cod was so badly coated the paper was stuck to the fish and the only way to get it off the paper was ripping all the batter off the fish. Both of the fish were soaked through. We called them up and were told we can have a free meal next time which would have been silly considering this food we had was uneatable or to wait 2 hours for a refund. We sia dwe wanted the refund but were told call back in an hour and that he wanted the fish back. When we did he said they will be there in 10 minutes. After turning up about 40 minutes later. This part is the one reason we decided to put a review due to the disgusting way I personally was spoken to. The driver walked up and said so you want a refund? Have you got the fish. I said yes and handed it to him. He said and wheres the bag. I pointed at it and said right there. He then said and what you actually want your full refund for it I said well yes. He said and what did you order. I said 2 large cod a large portion of chips and a bottle of drink. He looked at me done a smug grin and said what and your telling me that aquates to 18.60. I said yes it does. He went and you actually want your money back for it? I said yes I do. He told me that he doesnt think Im telling him everything Ive ordered and that hes going to call his boss. The same guy who said I could have a refund. He called him and the boss repeated what I said and said give him the refund. He finally went and got the 1.40 change I said yep opened my hand he grabbed it put a 20 in my hand and walked away. I will never order from here again and reccomend anyone else not to order from here either. I have a photo fo the fish and a recording of the driver speaking to me.
