Jessie Zhang Wow so good! I usually don’t have high hope for food in London. I’m so glad I found this place. Atmosphere is so soothing, warm and welcoming! Food is so good I ordered two fish dish, salmon and octopus. I will come again if I visit. Thank you for feeding me!

Allen I saw some interesting comments for this place, so i wanted to give a shot. Well, its pretty good for this price which actually surprised me. And the location is great. only 15mins walk from london bridge

Peter Doczi We hosted our company Christmas party at The Refinery New Street Square on 5th December 2025, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent, everything exceeded our expectations. A special shout-out to Olivia, the Event Manager, who made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I find organising a party for 100+ people incredibly stressful, but Olivia and the whole team handled everything brilliantly. From planning to execution, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Thank you to everyone at The Refinery for making our celebration so enjoyable. Highly recommend for corporate events or any occasion!

Robin Boon This place was a hidden gem my wife and I stumbled across. When you walk in it doesnt look like much, but once you are guided to the basement where the seating area is, the restaurant transforms into a great ambient space. The food was delicious and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Our server was Salman. He answered all our questions about the menu and took good care of us. Overall we loved this restaurant and found a new place to come to everytime we visit London.

Dominik M Amazing burgers which you can configure the way you like - no matter how many options youll choose price stays the same. Burgers are always made to order, juicy and tasty. Great fries (do not order large unless you wont to take a fries bath). Drinks in more options than you can imagine - sugar frees, zeros, no bubbles, etc.. Happy and helpfull staff. Clean toilets. Complimentary salted peanuts.

Pasado C What a loooovely time at this establishment. Went in to meet with some coworkers and really enjoyed the drinks, oysters, and food. We ended up staying quite a while. The decor and manager are very welcoming. What an upscale and fun spot for weekday nosh and catchup! Love that they let pups in.
