3 /5 Daniel nat123: Some things are not right. First, the establishment was listed as opening at 11:30, but it actually opened at 12:05. Second, the pizza I received did not match the picture I saw. I was disappointed. Paying for something and receiving something different is not acceptable. My money is still the same, and for €13.90, I expected better quality. As a pizza lover, I find this situation unsatisfactory. Ive been informed that the manager has changed, which is said to have affected the quality of the pizza. I just wanted to make it clear that it is not the same as what is shown in the photos.

3 /5 adel alkrabh: I’m giving it three stars mainly because of the cashier’s attitude. She wasn’t helpful or responsive to our questions when we were trying to choose the type of pizza. On the other hand, the staff inside were much more friendly and informative. As for the pizza itself, it wasn’t bad — the dough was decent, but the toppings weren’t the best. Unfortunately, we didn’t make the right choice, largely due to the lack of proper guidance from the cashier.

2 /5 Enrico: Pizza is average. Prices are average but don’t offer anything for less than 9.99£. A few tables outdoors. Service awful! Not only it took us 1 whole hour to eat a pizza and a dessert but also the staff os absolutely clueless. Our pizza was left on a side getting cold because they could not care even to take it to the table after 1 hour waiting. Dessert (hypothetically eaten straight after your pizza) was an additional 20 mins wait! Basically other pizza orders were prioritised over our dessert. There were only another 5-6 orders around us which shows a complete lack of organisation and basic standards of service. Rip off and absolutely not a good experience overall. Definitely AVOID.

1 /5 Ach R: I would love to give five stars to this cozy pizza kiosk in the neighborhood, but there’s no consistency in their service anymore. The staff should at least know how to speak properly with customers, especially the short Italian guy — his attitude is really bad. He is also the manager, and yet he stands outside vaping right in front of customers, which looks unprofessional and unhygienic. Before, the staff were great — friendly, generous, and made you feel welcome. But recently, everything changed. The new staff were eating in front of customers when I ordered. The toppings are not the same as before, and the pizza itself has become smaller. There’s a real lack of consistency now, and honestly, it’s not worth it anymore. I’d rather buy a pizza from Sainsbury’s and bake it at home. I wasn’t happy at all with the service today.

1 /5 Marie: Why not put some love into your pizzas, when you have such a great location and nice setup? It would be so appreciated to have a nice pizza spot in Canada Water. When we saw our margarita had no basil - 1 of the 3 ingredients - we asked, and were told “oh yeah, we ran out.” Shame, because what was left wasn’t great, and the base was completely dull and dry. Hope you consider this feedback, I would love to come back for a better experience!
