PizzaExpress - (Near Barnet, South East)

2 /5 Muhammad Al-Amin Khan: We went there to collect a pizza. Attendant was not keen on you, visibly ill, coughing. No smile, hardly communicated. Me and my daughter were there for about 50 minutes, we felt like we were nobody! More concerningly, a pizza took 40 minutes to be ready, when handed over after asking whats happened to my order, it was already cold. If it was handed over as soon as it came off the oven, it would be good. Also, see the picture, it was not even cut properly!! After a 5 minuted drive back home, I had to reheat the pizza which ruined the taste. It was a polar opposite experience i had from local pizza shop which was half of the price but took it home piping hot after same 5 minutes drive. Unfortunately, not returning to the shop for sure

3 /5 Jimmy Tomy: Ambience and food was good and as expected. However the lady who served us was not very keen on having us there. She was not even aware of the offers available and I had to google to show her what the current offers at the place were. We were also over charged and felt completely unwelcomed in the place. This reception left a very bad after taste even though the pizzas were delicious !

5 /5 Liza Marquez: Refreshing G&T and they have some selection of Cocktails. Nice starter and I like that they have Vegetarian for the main meal too. Service was good but wished the lady who served us could understand and speak English better.

5 /5 Fatma: Ozlem was our server and she was absolutely amazing! Recommended us pizzas and made sure we knew how to collect discounts via the app. Would go back just for her, she made the experience so good!!! Thank you to her!!

5 /5 Rida: We visited this past Monday after an eventful day with the kids who were starving. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Lovely atmosphere. With two inside floors for dining and an outside dining area in the back. Unfortunately it was raining the day we went so we couldn’t enjoy that but next visit for sure! Did not have to wait long at all to be seated. Keep in mind there was a large party in the back seating area and only one waiter serving everyone. We chose the front area. Though our server did let us know there was a large party in the back our orders might take a bit longer. This was definitely not the case. We ordered two dough balls, two portions of garlic bread with cheese, polenta chips, a kids meal and two large pizzas. I won’t attempt to know the actual name of each but one was the mushroom (big favourite) and the other we did 1/2 & 1/2. Margarita and then the veggie option that had artichokes for days! The kids even ordered a large ice cream sundae that had the whole works. They loved it! At the end everyone was so happy and the food was so fresh. I’m from NY, so this was the best pizza I have had here so far. Thank you. And a HUGE THANK YOU to our Server Omar. He was very detailed about the menu and was running the entire floor with confidence. Kudos sir!
