1 /5 Vijay Rane: the kids dough ball was really great pollo pesto i ordered felt like someone’s left overs (picture attached) - i eat this at pizza express 99% of the time - so i know the portion size very well - so was surprised when this came to my table both the other pizzas we ordered - with romana base - there crust was burnt - not crispy as they say - but burnt

5 /5 Usha Shah: Just got back from having a nice meal at Pizza Express, Harrow. We were greeted by Kuldeep (manager) as soon as we got there. He offered to seat us at a table of our choice. Oana served us during the meal. She was very polite and efficient - it was definitely service with a smile. Kuldeep returned a couple of times to make sure that all was okay. Both the pizza and salad were well prepared, nicely presented and delicious. Thank you for the great food and service. We will have no hesitation in returning.

5 /5 Natalia Burkiet: 9th January 2026 Both waitresses who served me I forgot their names. They were really kind and making sure I enjoy the food. Both were really helpful. The food was delicious. I ordered the pizza and a dessert. Amazing place definitely recommend coming

3 /5 Affe Moose: Oh how the mighty have fallen…. Once a great destination restaurant chain for quality, flavour and service…. Now tasteless, lowest common denominator beige. The Calamari starter - was it freshly deep fried in a light tempura batter with a garlic mayonnaise??? NO - it was oven ready , cooked in The pizza oven and served with … Caesar or Ranch dressing!! HELLO????? I asked for some Mayo and they didn’t have any. Restaurant!??? No! The pizza was a great base (tick! , I had a Fiorentina Romana, BUT… sadly tasteless and oily. Pizza Express has been run by money men after financial issue in Covid and it shows - you lose they win. I won’t be going back. It’s sad!! We loved this chain. No more…
