Premier Inn Gillingham Business Park hotel - (Near Kent, South East)

4 /5 Andrew Mazgaj: As with all premier inns, the rooms are basic but reasonable. The beds I find a bit hard. But they will do for the price and locations. The breakfast served in the restaurant is buffet style. I do prefer the ones that cook fresh, but its a huge pile of sausages, bacon, dried black pudding and overcooked eggs, (because of the heat lamps) and the traditional toaster machine that you need to send through twice to have good toast. But cant complain, as I ate most of the pain chocolates........

5 /5 Tina Clifford: We have stayed there for a few occasions and it never lets us down. Louise welcomed us like friends. She was polite, friendly and polite with good customer service. Yes, there are parts that need a touch up with paint but the rooms are always clean and tidy. Having the pub next doors is good as you can have something to eat and drink then back for a good nights sleep. Will we be going there again....... definitely.

5 /5 Y Kur: Stayed here for 5 days and I can honestly say it was a remarkable experience. We had to stay somewhere close to the hospital and the whole Team were empathetic and caring. They were always polite, professional and always went the extra mile to help at difficult times. The Reception staff are incredible and deal with all your enquiries upon request. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Thank you Shenney and the rest of the Team.

5 /5 lucy hubbard: Ive stay here before and am glad to return. Staff lovely in both the hotel and the pub. Ill be returning on several times this year. And am wholehearted sure that the standards will be equally impressive. Hospitality is not an easy career, but the staff are fantastic. See you all again soon .

2 /5 Brian Curtin: Functional budget hotel close to a large retail park by the A2. Large hotel with lots of rooms & free car parking. Corridors & rooms could do with a lick of paint as they had a "knocked about" look to them. The cold tap in our room sounded like someone was playing a tuba when you turned it on & the shower was a trickle & thats being generous. Mastic around bathroom lino was fresh but it will need more than that to make me stay again.
