Pret A Manger - (Near Berkshire, South East)

5 /5 slurp tea: Excellent a local clean Pret, as I have so many food allergy and intolerances, Pret is excellent for me. Freshly made daily, decent tasty food and drinks. Always drinking hot fresh coffee! Food heaven for me. Very pleased to have one here. Had a problem at one point but the staff sorted it out for me quickly and friendly, no questions asked. I return here often now.

1 /5 Bowerman Paige “Gumi”: I came in a day or so ago and got an iced matcha, I have come in to this exact location multiple times and ordered the same thing and it’s been perfectly fine, keep this in mind. The staff member working was very rude and ignorant to my request, I received my drink and it was lumpy and there were chunks that were separating to the bottom, chunks that should not have been there at all by the way. I went back into the shop to ask if she could possibly remake it and with insane attitude and said “it’s meant to be like that, just mix it more”. I did mix it, I continuously mixed it and it still looked like this, chunks all settled to the bottom, disgusting and undrinkable. This is a picture from the day about 10 minutes after I ordered it when I had gotten home.
