5 /5 Victoria Ashby: We haven’t been to Prezzo in Thame for some time. We went recently and booked for a table of 6. We had some issues parking as we had forgotten about the fair so we were a few minutes late. Upon arrival our booked table had been given to walk in customers, which was disappointing, as we would have expected a call as we had provided a phone number when booking. We were found a table fairly quickly though thankfully.
The service was brilliant and the food was absolutely amazing. We were all pleasantly surprised. We were very happy with the food and drink menu choices on offer either something to suit each member of our party.
The restaurant was busy but not overwhelming. We had an acceptable wait for food.
Staff were really help with the app and we managed to get a significant discount by using an offer which was fantastic.
All in all, after a concerning start when we thought we wouldn’t get a table, we had a very enjoyable evening and meal.
