1 /5 Waqar ahmed Khan: Today I visited this shop around 8:58 PM and placed a very simple order: just 2 puris with halwa. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I politely asked about my order at 9:20 PM. To my surprise, the staff (Her) responded by saying they were having their dinner, and that’s why my order hadnt been prepared yet.
I was genuinely shocked by this response. All that time, I assumed my food was being prepared, but no one informed me of any delay or reason for it. When I expressed my concern, the response I received was, “We didn’t eat all day and we were very hungry.” While I completely understand that staff need breaks, it’s unacceptable not to communicate delays to waiting customers—especially for such a small order.
This lack of professionalism and courtesy was disappointing. It felt like the staff prioritized their own comfort over customer service. Sadly, when I finally received my order and reached home (about 10 minutes later), the puri was hard and the halwa was cold—clearly not freshly or over cooked prepared.
To the shop owner: I strongly urge you to pay closer attention to how your staff is handling customers. A business can only grow if customer satisfaction is a priority. If employees are careless, it reflects poorly on your reputation and will drive customers away.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend this place and won’t be returning.
