Quick Eat Takeaway , Off Licence & Convenience Store - (Near , South East)

2 /5 Scott Forsyth: Been ordering here for a number of years without problem but my last few orders, during the last couple of months have been more than dissapointing. Im not sure if ownership, or management, has changed hands recently but its taken a dip. My last two orders of chicken salad and 5 boneless chicken pieces in a box have been 99% lettuce, 1% chicken, and legs, thighs and drumsticks - not exactly boneless. It also took an hour to deliver. There are so many other takeaways to choose from but Ill give them one more order, otherwise its 3 strikes youre out.

1 /5 Tara-Jayne Crowle: I didnt even want to give this a 1 star. This shop needs to do something about its rude staff. Ive been ordering food from here for years and on the odd occasion the order that has been delivered has been wrong but been rectified until today 8/2/25. I placed an order that came to nearly £50 to find that one of the items was missing which was £8.99 alone. I called them to tell them to be handed over to there chief who can hardly speak English to tell me Im lying as he cooked the bbq chicken stips and sent them out. After alot of back and forth of him saying I was lying that I must have them he put the phone down on me, I called straight back and they didnt answer so I called about 5 min later and someone answered i told him that I want my bbq or Im coming down there with the food I have and getting a full refund, the man on the phone apologised and said he will get it made and sent out, but in the background I could hear the chief kicking off. I will never ever use quickeat again for anything Im disgusted that they could even talk to a customer that way. So been warned if you order from there and your order is wrong you may be accused of lying. I would not recommend this shop to anyone

1 /5 Nunu: This place doesnt open up on time, have been there twice way after 10am but its still closed. Can they just update their business hours

1 /5 Aromal Arozz: I placed a food order here at 12:30 AM. The order was accepted, and I received a message saying it would arrive in 45 minutes. After more than an hour of waiting, I called them, and they told me the delivery would arrive in 10 minutes. But even after another hour passed, I still haven’t received my food – even at the time of writing this review. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food order. I didn’t order food for fun . Now that’s completely ruined. It honestly feels like the delivery drivers don’t care and are just waiting for the shop to close so they don’t have to deliver anything. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Sharing this so others know how unreliable this service can be.
