5 /5 rajesh kumar: A really welcoming restaurant with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were genuinely polite and made us feel comfortable throughout the meal. The food was amazing. Full of flavour and presentation was on point. Everything we tried was enjoyable, from the mains to the sides, and it all tasted authentic. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and quality food. I would definitely recommend The Raj of India and would happily return.

1 /5 Terry Bodkin: WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY !!!!! Unfortunately we were VERY disappointed with our visit. The best part of the meal was the popadom’s at the start of the meal and the lamb kebab’s were tasty as a starter. But the rest of the food was awful. The tandoori mixed grill had no flavour, the rice was over cooked, the sag aloo wasn’t even edible, it was just a bowl of slop. And as in a previous review, the onion bhaji were shop bought by the looks of it, definitely nothing like we’ve had before in a restaurant. The staff were friendly and the people on table next door to us were friendly and a laugh. Again it’s a shame the food was so bad

2 /5 Char S: Quality of food not so great unfortunately, ordered chicken madras tasted like had lemons in not even spicy and onion bhajis wasn’t like original freshly made which was a let down as we love to have them. Over priced for the quality of the food overall.
