1 /5 Chloe Mcclelland: My family and I came here on saturday night and was so disappointed on what we was served.
To start it off, we had to wait nearly 2 hours for our food, which is a joke. To wait 2 hours, I expect the food is be 10/10 however, we was all extremely disappointed.
The carbonara wasn’t even cooked properly and the pasta was hard, and for a ‘authentic’ italian restaurant I except much better than that. Quite shocking really, you claim to be this authentic italian restaurant but you can’t even cook pasta. It’s laughable really.
You completely forgot someone’s food, so they was sat there for 10 mins with nothing in front of them, and when it did get brought out it was slop. Like you said in your previous reply about microwave lasagne, I think we all would have preferred that then the soup brought out.
We also wasn’t the only table complaining that night, the table behind us was not impressed on how long they had to wait and also asked for a discount.
I just want to add, your replies on your reviews are disgusting and you really should not own a restaurant if you can’t take truthful facts and criticism on your ‘authentic’ food. The way you have spoken to customers is disgraceful and you should be ashamed. The rudeness and argumentative phrases are shocking. For a restaurant owner, you would except much more and to be apologetic that we left all hungry and wasted over £100.
Furthermore, yes we refused to pay for the food that was served. Why should we spend hundreds of our hard worked money on food that a dog wouldn’t even eat. We paid for our drinks and left.
We will not be recommending you, and especially not now on how u decide to speak to disappointed customers. If anyone is reading this that is thinking of going, DONT!!! Save your money and time!
