5 /5 Leona Keung: We recently toured Royal Berkshire while searching for our wedding venue. While we ultimately chose a different location due to our guests travel requirements, we wanted to highlight the exceptional service we received from the wedding team! Dominika was outstanding from start to finish. She was highly responsive, hospitable, and made us feel incredibly special throughout the entire tour. She took a genuine interest in our story and was eager to hear our specific vision, showing great flexibility in accommodating our requests. The grounds are intimate and beautiful, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. For any couple seeking a venue with a dedicated team and a stunning setting, we cannot recommend Dominika and Royal Berkshire enough.

3 /5 Judith Williamson: We booked this hotel having previously stayed in 2 hotels in the same group. We thought wed have a similar experience, sadly not. We booked for Valentines, my husband and I and our dog. Booked directly with the hotel and the booking process was just as I expected from the previous experience. Check in was great. Room was absolutely fine, comfortable and clean. We had a drink in the bar in the afternoon and all was as wed hoped for. They dont allow dogs in the restaurant which is absolutely fine. We were booked in the bar for our Valentines dinner. Service was good, sadly the atmosphere was more sports bar. There appeared to be quite a few groups of people whod been to the races at Ascot and who appeared to have drunk quite a lot at the races. We were very disappointed and went straight back to our room after wed finished eating. We arrived for breakfast the following morning. The staff member asked our room number, did we want tea or coffee and told us dogs werent allowed in the restaurant and pointed us in the direction of the bar. My husband had to find the breakfast buffet, find a menu, find cutlery and butter for us. We were essentially left to work everything out for ourselves. Very very poor. At check out the staff member charged the bar bill directly to my card without allowing me to check it and without asking if I wanted her to charge it to the same card. After wed put the bags in the car I went back and asked for the bill so I could check it was correct. Very very poor. Would we return, no chance. Id strongly recommend anyone considering booking to check if theres racing at Ascot as it will impact your experience. If this was the first hotel in the Exclusive Collection wed stayed at we would not stay at any of the other hotels in the group.

5 /5 Sue Foster: This is a bit of a halfway spot for us to meet as a family so we booked for Sunday lunch. The hotel itself is not very well signposted and the sat nav took us wildly out of the way. However, once we arrived we were impressed with the location. The grounds are beautiful and the building itself appears to be well maintained and clean. We were seated quickly but there was a bit of a wait to order and then in receiving our food. The restaurant was quite busy though. There was a singer providing entertainment. He sang Christmas songs appropriate for the time of year and Rat Pack melodies which were very nice. Mum is disabled and the staff were very accommodating of her needs. The food was a bit pricey though very edible. I would recommend.

5 /5 Ben Lawn: Came for a wedding and was very impressed. We stayed in a cheap "shoebox" room, that was in fact spacious and delightful. The bathroom was remarkable. Lots of jets in the shower and even a television in the bathroom mirror. The food at the wedding and breakfast was very good. All staff were lovely

5 /5 Sian Bowles: Had a really lovely couple of nights between Christmas and New Year while visiting family. The Hotel was so festive with beautiful decorations throughout the building. The room we had was a refurbished room and it was lovely. Spacious, well appointed and quiet. The bed was really comfortable and my back loved it after my sons guestbed ! Breakfast was delicious with hot and cold buffet. All the staff we met from housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. We will return soon.
