5 /5 Ian Holmes: I love it here. Often come for my birthday and Father’s Day, it’s a great place for the kids as they can have ice cream whilst I enjoy a beer and they like the saddle seats! Ate here again today for my birthday, all staff were lovely, as usual, and our waitress, Jen was a credit to the venue.

5 /5 Charlotte North: We came for a family dinner aa a treat for our daughters 11th Birthday. She throughly enjoyed herself with the cowgirl hat and the belly buster. Our server Nicky was the most incredibly attentive host. Out other daughter was really struggling with the noise so she had the music turned down alittle which was a huge help. This lady was just so kind. She made sure that the Birthday girl got all she needed to make it a special night and that the rest of us were also looked after.

5 /5 Jess Baker: Atmosphere great. When we arrived the table wasnt ready so we were asked to wait in the bar. It was really busy but the service was excellent! Far better then most places and we wasnt forgotten. The food came out in quickly, massive portions and was very delicious. Although, it was warm not boiling hot, the food was very nice. I would definitely go back again and recommend.

5 /5 Adele Martin: We had an amazing evening dining at the Tunbridge Wells Smith and Western. Its been on my restaurant bucket list for ages and we were not disappointed. We were in awe of the decoration. Were seated promptly. Given fair time to check out the menu and served our drinks. The atmosphere was really fun, the staff must be exhausted come the end of the night, keeping the fun vibes going all evening. Awesome music played all night. Then there was the food! I may be wrong, but I believe everything was freshly made, no frozen rubbish. I could have easily just eaten a bowl of the coleslaw it was delicious. Portions are generous and we were not rushed to eat and move on. Our server was Dan C and he was really attentive to our needs. He effortlessly waited the tables, noticing when a drink was needed. If he was dealing with another table, he would tell you hed be right back, and he was. We cant wait to come back again!

5 /5 Julia Fuller: An excellent stay throughout. A very generous breakfast was included in the price. Staff were superb. Yes, the bar was noisy and we could hear it when we were in our room in the afternoon but its a wild west theme pub so youre going to expect noise. Once the pub shut and staff had cleaned up you could have heard a pin drop! There is no lift so no noise throughout the night. Great facilities - coffee machine, free wiki, mini bar, iron and board, hair drier, free parking. Once of the best showers Ive had for a long time and luxury products. The hotel is the old Tunbridge Wells West station so a solid construction an no noise between rooms. Highly recommended - would stay again at the drop of a hat! The only criticism is that the beds are double rather than king so a little bit tight on length. However pillows and mattress were very comfortable.
