1 /5 imran kharal: unfortunately the food quality did not meet expectations. The food seemed old and not freshly prepared, and the sauces were tasteless and disappointing. The tea was also very poor in quality and appeared to be prepared earlier rather than fresh, which further affected the overall experience. On the positive side, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was polite and cooperative, which is appreciated. I suggest that the management seriously improve the freshness and standard of the food and beverages. Moreover, traditional desi cuisine should not be mixed with fast food, as it reduces the authenticity and quality.

2 /5 Imran Nasir: Unfortunately, the quality of the food was very poor. The food did not seem fresh; it tasted stale and pre-cooked, and the sauces were also not good at all. However, the environment was nice, and the staff were polite and cooperative, which is appreciated. I strongly suggest that the food quality should be improved. Also, fast food should not be mixed with traditional desi food, as it affects the overall taste and authenticity. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the food quality.

1 /5 ameera rashid: I placed an order through Just Eat at 19:32 and needed to make a few simple requests, but the customer service I received today was honestly shocking. I spoke to a girl named Fatma/Fatima, and from the very start she spoke to me with rudeness and attitude. All I asked for were three small adjustments: 1. Remove salad from one kebab roll, 2. Add mayo to the second, 3. Keep the third normal. Instead of helping, she replied in the most unpleasant tone. I currently have a fever and a sore throat, so my voice is naturally weak. Despite this, she accused me of “screaming,” which I absolutely wasn’t. I explained that I’m unwell, yet she continued speaking disrespectfully. I also asked for a tub of chutney—which I always receive with my order even without adding it manually—and she snapped, “You should have added it in your cart.” When I then asked if burger sauce could be added, she replied, “BURGER SAUCE? Who puts burger sauce on a kebab roll?” Again, completely unnecessary attitude. Another staff member, Waleed, later clarified that they don’t have burger sauce, which is perfectly fine. The issue isn’t the availability—it’s the rude and unprofessional way she spoke. I genuinely love Taj and always enjoy their food; it’s consistently top-notch. But today’s experience at 19:32 has really put me off. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and entirely uncalled for. It’s honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The food has now been delivered, and when I opened it I saw the kebab rolls were burnt. I’ve attached a photo to my review.

5 /5 Adeel Shahzad: visited Taj Girl on Ilford Lane and had a great experience. The staff are very welcoming and professional. They give very good service and make customers feel comfortable. The prices are fair and worth it. I am very satisfied and will definitely visit again.
