5 /5 Nikki D: HIDDEN GEM. THIS IS WICKED FOOD. Not only wicked, well PRICED and tasty as hell!! The mix shawarma is the best Ive had, this includes from London town. Service is second to none, explaining the food and welcoming. I almost walked past as it doesnt look from the outside what the food is... If that makes any sense. Sorry about the half eaten food pics, but I got too excited about this banging food and tucked in before taking them. Ibrahim and his team are proper foodies, letting the food do the talking, lots on the menu and so much colour. The flavour is so good on the Shawarma, the bread home made and cooked in Tandoor. Served with amazing salad and fresh bread £12.. You cant get any better than this in the whole of Medway. Loving the salads, such a great range and the home made food. We saw other menu items like Lamb shanks, rice, lentil and okra soups etc look super tasty, will have to try them next time.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and happy to guide you through the menu if you’re unsure what to try. Their service feels genuine, and the food arrives fresh and well-presented. The dishes stand out with rich flavours, tender meats, and aromatic spices. From perfectly cooked kebabs to hearty rice dishes and freshly made dips, everything tastes homemade and full of flavour. Portions are generous, and the prices feel very fair for the quality you get. Overall, Taste of the Middle East is a great spot for anyone who loves authentic Middle Eastern food or wants to try it for the first time. Highly recommended for both dine-in and takeaway.
