Daz Keal What can we say, what a wonderful trip to Diddly Squat. We stayed for lunch and chose the local pork sausage in a bun with skin on fries. The price was very reasonable at £7.50 for the sausage bun and £5 for the skin on fries. Service was prompt and the sausages were the best we had on our trip. You could taste the quality of the produce. After lunch we visited the shop where the staff were equally as friendly. Well worth a trip.

VP We were so lucky to stumble upon The Cinnamon Stick. Located in the small village of Middle Barton where you’d expect nothing around, this restaurant is a total standout. It offers a true taste of Lebanese hospitality and home-style cooking. ​ The quality of food is incredible. Almost everything is made in-house (except for the gelato), and you can really taste the difference. The dishes are authentic, fresh, and truly delicious. It is rare to find such high-quality Mediterranean flavors in this area. ​ The staff is lovely and provides genuine Lebanese hospitality. You can tell the team cares about their guests and the food they serve. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. ​ If you are anywhere near Oxfordshire, this place is worth the detour. Huge thanks to the team for their service and for bringing such amazing flavors to a quiet corner of the country!

Tom Pauling October 2024. Just before the pub re opens in November we saw a FB add for the food they will be providing from the gourmet food shack. We had the burger box and it was banging. Not only did it look like the photo it tasted excellent! Shall definitely be going in to the pub come November when they open for sure to sample the beverage to go alongside the burger ❤️

Aaron Mansilla Went for Sunday roast with my partner and we were really impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, but what made the experience even better was the service. Dany was incredibly attentive, friendly and genuinely welcoming — he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Joe Hancock Just had a Thai takeaway from ThaiToGo and it was honestly incredible. Super fresh, full of flavour and you can tell they really care about what they serve. Every dish was perfectly cooked and properly authentic, easily one of the best Thai meals I’ve had in a long time. The portions were spot on, the service was friendly and everything was ready bang on time. Proper hidden gem near work. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend
