1 /5 farrukh javaid: this guy was on phone constantly while making the order he took 10 min to pack one delivery while food was ready already, customer will be rude on drivers while this kind of staff is responsible for delivery delays

3 /5 Imti: No complain about the food itself. But some major issues. I went late at night, and wanted a cheeseburger but they ran out. I was fine with it and got a chicken burger instead, but then I see the worker packing like 6-8 patties in tinfoil and leaving it in the food warmer cabinet. So I dont understand why as it was an hour from closing. But the major issue was that I saw the staff preparing burgers picking his ear with gloves on and did not remove them afterwards, while handling the burger buns. This is a huge hygine issue.

5 /5 Rahat: Went there around midnight and honestly the staff were super rude. I asked if I could pay by card and they just said no, cash only. Then told us to walk a few minutes to get cash. I asked if I could order from their website instead, and they said I could but it would cost £2 or £3 more than their menu. In the end I had to pay £1.75 extra anyway just to take cash out. When I asked why they don’t accept cards since it’s way more convenient, the guy said their owner just loves cash. Now to be fair, the food was amazing. The double smash burger was literally lit. I’d go there every day if the service was better and they were a bit more honest, because the prices were the same either way. Would’ve saved the walk and the extra money if they’d just said that from the start.
