5 /5 Aisyah Faruk: Such a lovely place! The warm welcome we received was just the beginning - we felt so looked after and with two kids in tow, that was definitely a plus. We loved seeing all the staff there as enjoying the service too, from the chef to the waiters, all were smiling, laughing, it was absolutely marvellous!
Food exceeded our expectations too, both my husband and I had the Sunday roast - lovely veg, beef/lamb so good, huge Yorkshire’s and I could just drink the gravy! My daughter (8yo) had the veggie bolognaise (she’s not a veggie fyi!), which she finished and a huge Sundae (again, completely gone!). My son (18m) had the burger, which came with such crispy chips. Hubby and I finished our meal off with a pistachio soufflé and a chocolate fondant - both sublime.
But as good as the food was, it was def the friendly service and the glow on the staff’s faces that really took this experience to the next level. Well done to the managers for looking after their staff so well! We will def return and will bring friends!
