The Tiffin Tin (Stoke Newington) - (Near , South East)

1 /5 Lara Rawson: Yesterday I ordered for delivery. I got confirmation by email that my order would be delivered at 9PM and no updates after that. I called the restaurant a few times but all my calls went to voicemail. My friend walked to the branch to ask whether our order was definitely being made at 9:45. It was sat at the restaurant but had not been delivered. They told him they had a shortage of delivery drivers. The staff member he spoke to was very rude to him and did not apologise for the delay or provide an explanation as to why no one was picking up the phones. He told the staff there he would collect the order for a discount of £10, considering it was over 45 minutes late (almost 1 hour at this point so probably cold and he would have to walk 20 mins home) but she refused this so we cancelled the order. We would have been happy to wait for delivery if they kept me appropriately updated. Very poor customer service.

5 /5 Riley skye Phinbow: The best ! I had accidentally ordered from the Hornsey branch of Tiffin Tin and called them up to move my order to the Stoke Newington one, they said ofcourse. But when I got there they had recieved nothing to do with my order. Immediately the lady at the desk said no worries what did you order, it was ready within 10minutes. I couldn’t believe it, all the staff were so lovely too. The food was even better, than I expected, fantastic even. Made the end of a long shift very nice. Thankyou ;)

4 /5 Sultana Shikder Ahona: This is a great place if you need to grab food to go. The service is excellent, and the food is nice, but there is room for improvement in terms of flavor. Additionally, the portion sizes could be a bit larger for the price, but I think its suitable for one person. Try and let me know what do you think about it.

5 /5 Naya H: I recently ordered takeaway from Tiffin Tin, and it was a delightful experience. My sister had the butter chicken with plain rice, and it was bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. I opted for the chicken biryani, which came with a mix of vegetables and a delicious sauce on the side. We also received free pappadoms with chutney, which was a lovely bonus. Everything was packed beautifully with no leaks or spills, and the food was delicious, fresh, and decently priced. Highly recommend Tiffin Tin for a great takeaway experience!
