4 /5 Emma Roca: The food is delicious- definitely the best pizza I’ve had in Reading (and across England). The staff are friendly however, very inattentive. I’ve been several times for the pizza, but staff rarely come to the table to check in or for drink orders. Because there’s no bar service, you’d think that staff would be taking orders, however every time I’ve been, no one has come to the table- we’ve had to go up and call someone over. I’ve attended a party here for 15 as well as other small groups, and service has been consistently lacking. We had no plates and no drinks- when asked, they come, however you’d think over the course of a dinner, staff would check on drinks and if anything is needed (especially when we’re one of 3 tables).
If the service was good, this would easily be 5 stars. Hopefully the service improves.
