Upper Crust Oxford - (Near Oxfordshire, South East)

1 /5 Lily Courtney: Today me and 2 friends were on college lunch. We decided to purchase a too good to go bag. It went through on the website and we were told collection was at 12:30pm-13:00. We were waiting since 12:15 and the shutters were still shut. We saw workers repeatedly coming in and out of the side door, they saw us and gave us dirty looks as we waited for 30 minutes.we would also like to add that they were alternating between Greggs and Upper Crust. We then had to proceed to ask multiple train station workers why they had not opened yet. Luckily the lovely receptionist helped us. She knocked on the door 2 people answered the door, one wearing an upper crust uniform and one wearing a Greggs uniform. They said very bluntly that they were ‘closed the whole week’ (this was not displayed on the website). The worker actually walked off while talking to us in no way a professional manner. They did not offer to help us at all just bluntly told us they were closed. This money has been removed from our accounts so we now have no money for our lunches and will not eat until we are home from college. This was extremely unprofessional and upsetting

5 /5 Marius Roman: I want to thank Nicoleta again for the Flat white coffee it was amazing, and a chicken bacon club baguette, fresh and yummy. A friendly girl and quick service, at Uppercrust, Oxford train station. I will buy again and recommend to my friends and family.

4 /5 FURY: I received great customer service from the employee who served me, the baguettes didn’t only look wonderful but they tasted worth the price. All in all amazing!
