5 /5 Mrs Mcellan: Headed in for a quick late lunch and really loved the food. However I feel compelled to write this review as the service wasn’t great at all. It seemed they did not care much about my visit or explaining the menu to me, even after I mentioned I had never visited before and was confused about the ordering/payment process. No recommendations, no words exchanged when serving/leaving, not even a ‘Enjoy’ or ‘Thank you’. I can’t quite put my finger on it but it seemed like a really hostile and cold environment. I hoovered up my food in 10 minutes and left, asking my leftovers to simply be wrapped up. I suppose + points for fast food so I could leave quicker :( I have had friendlier service getting McDonald’s Drive Thru so I really expected more for a ‘Restaurant’ experience.

4 /5 MJ Tio: I’m giving 4 stars only because I was really saddened that Vegatsu has been removed from the menu – it was my absolute favourite. Still, I really enjoy this branch for its edamame and curry udon, which are both consistently good. The place is quiet, calm, and feels more like a cosy cafe than a busy restaurant. Staff are friendly and attentive, and it’s one of the few Wagamama branches where you can actually sit, eat slowly, and read in peace.

5 /5 Samuel Suthar Shell: I went there with my friend on Wednesday at lunch so there was basically no one there so we got a seat immediately as we were the first people there. So we got seated and ordered. I ordered the chicken ramen with udon noodles and my friend ordered the chicken katsu with katsu sauce and a muffin for dessert. Drinks-wise I ordered the large tropical juice my friend ordered tap water. And we waited. After about 3 minutes our drinks came and mine tasted really good. After another 7 minutes we got our food and tried each others. Mine was really good with the udon noodles being a great addition and I really recommend it to you. As for the katsu it was also really good with everything tasting great in my mouth. Then my friend got his muffin and he said it was very good. The total cost was about £24 with my friend paying £10 and me the rest. Overall it was a great experience with a lot of good food and service as the waiter was really nice.

The bowl arrived steaming hot, with an aroma so rich and inviting that it already felt like comfort in liquid form. The broth was deep and layered. It had that perfect balance between soy saltiness, beef richness, and subtle sweetness — you could tell every element had been built with care. The beef brisket was phenomenal: thick, juicy slices that were tender enough to melt in your mouth, yet with just enough bite to remind you they’d been lovingly braised. The noodles were perfectly cooked — springy, slightly firm, and they soaked up the broth beautifully without getting soggy. The restaurant itself had that cozy, minimalist ramen-bar feel — warm lighting, open kitchen, and the quiet hum of people slurping happily. The service was quick but friendly, and the staff really seemed to care that you enjoyed your meal. Overall, this beef brisket ramen was a perfect balance of depth, comfort, and craft — the kind of dish that makes you slow down, savor, and forget about everything else for a while. If you’re in London and love ramen, this one’s worth going out of your way for.

3 /5 Helen Perry: I go often as its close to work and home. My adult son and I went last week for dinner. We had a few starters, beers, and main meal. We were horrified to have 2 men sit next to us with their dogs. One of the dogs was being fed at the table and his owner actually gave him water to drink from the glass. I complained to the waitress and she said they had asked the manager whether it was ok to bring the dogs in etc. In my opinion, that was bad. I will not be going there again if I know dogs are allowed to sit at the table and share the utensils we customers use. Pity, because I have brought many family members and friends there over the years. I have never had reason to complain, but this was bad.
