1 /5 Tillly Minnie: I do not write reviews but I literally have to come and write this. If I could give minus 1 I would. Food is disgusting and as a Jamaican very very disappointed. Brown stew chicken was no where near brown stew. Chicken was raw! And pink how?! Rice was soggy and mash up like soup. If this food makes me sick I will 100% writing a complaint to head office. Terrible

1 /5 E E: I ordered an oxtail with rice & peas meal. See picture of my oxtail attached. I contacted the manager to inform her. She asked me to send her pictures on WhatsApp so I did. 1st she told me it was not their rice 2nd she told me if was not their oxtail 3rd she told me that it was thyme I couldnt believe that she kept denying even after me sending her multiple pictures as proof! Each time she made contact, she have denied instead of accepting responsibility. Would not recommend!

5 /5 Gabriela Tanase: Wow!! My second time here and I absolutely love the food and the lovely staff. I travelled 40 mins and I am not disappointed at all. Food fresh and cooked properly , we even got a free cake. We spent £30 for 2 large meals with rice , plantain and coleslaw , a large side of fried fish , 2 dumplings and drinks. All this for £30 and cooked perfectly in 2025 ?? You won’t find a better place than here. You definitely need to come here!! We couldn’t even wait to get home we ate in the car right in front of the shop lol.

1 /5 adam cotter: Ordered for delivery, ordered xl jerk chicken rice and peas and specifically asked for meat to not be cut and no salad. Got a small 1/4 chicken cut up so bones all in rice and packed with plantine to look like more food. Wouldnt order from here again. Useless

1 /5 Roseline O: The customer service experience has been extremely poor. One of the lady’s who is light skinned with perching has consistently displayed a negative attitude, appeared disengaged, and used inappropriate language when speaking to customers, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. In contrast, another member of staff who is older and short has consistently provided excellent customer service. She is polite, welcoming, and maintains a positive attitude, which greatly improves the customer experience. I believe this issue requires attention, as customer service standards should be consistent across all staff.
