Ashley Newton Team - what can I say apart from a lovely little find of mine and a great way to spend the gap between the afternoon and evening session at the Snookers Masters at Alexandra Palace. I’m not local; but we shall be back next year (snooker tickets already booked!) and if I’m travelling in the area. The team at La Petite were great, didn’t get the names (unlike me!) - but the two male waiters were really attentive. The balance of ‘rustic environment, quality of food & price point (I don’t chase price, I like quality, atmosphere and ‘real’!) was well balanced. I would have paid a bit more; but understand that need for balance. I can recommend, highly recommend, this place - if you think ‘posh and fancy’ well don’t - think rustic (lovely rustic), great food, great team, great value and more than all - truly warming; well trust me - this is the right place. K A (Ambs13) All the staff were lovely, from the door person, staff passing by to the person who served us Mel, absolute gem she was, knew her menu, suggestions were great and her friendly approach was just what you need as a waitress to make the whole dining out atmosphere perfect. Food was hot and presented well, I feel the Chicken could have been seasoned and cooked for longer but the rest of my meal was lovely and I did clean my plate lol I did try the lifts from my friends plate, that was delicious, definitely would go go that next time.

GIRLS WHO DINE LDN We absolutely love this family run Turkish restaurant on Sidcup High Street. They offer a great lunchtime deal and an affordable dinner menu without compromising on flavour or presentation. Lovely cocktails at again a good price. The staff are warm, and genuinely embrace families coming together over delicious food. It also makes a lovely date night spot, or for a chilled birthday dinner. They also offer a bottomless house wine or beer deal. The best part is that the leftovers taste even better the next day — we need to know the secret seasoning! Girls Who Dine LDN approved!

Krys McCormack As a local this is the pub to go to. A great atmosphere and fantastic staff. Millie Leah, Gary, James and the team are friendly and welcoming. Cant fault the food especially the fish goujon sandwich. Come along and find out.

Jessica Pinto We had a lovely time as a family. This restaurant is always a great place to go, whether as a family, on a date, or for any meal you may need. Plently spave. It is family-friendly. Ig you love the western environment, horses and stables, this is perfect. I love it, and I feel so good when going there. This was our 4th time going, and this time I did not forget the pictures. The service is always good, and they give you time when needed to read the menu and order when youre ready. The service is excellent. The staff is polite and makes sure that we like the food. FOOD is always delicious. I tried many dishes, and all were very good.

Irene Zhou I had half peri peri chicken with fries. Very well grilled and seasoned. I can eat quite a bit for a woman; but still had trouble finishing the meal because the portions were generous. Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful.
