3 /5 Official Victor Redman: I’ve placed an order on Saturday, 8th of November via their mobile app and I was notified that will be an hour until the food will be delivered, which was fine. One hour and 10 min later I phoned them up and chased the order and I was told the driver just left, will be about 5-10 minutes late. But that was not the case…. Eventually, 1 hour and 40 minutes later, the food arrived. By this time, we were quite annoyed and ready to cancel and get a refund and simply go somewhere else. This length of time is just unacceptable. No apologies, nothing. Food was ok though. Not sure will be back ….
