The customer service is awesome, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making your experience enjoyable. They also provide generous portions, giving great value for money. The chicken roast, in particular, is packed with flavour and tastes absolutely delicious. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I would definitely recommend.

4 /5 Kuch bhi: I really like the food from Copper Kadai — it’s tasty and well-prepared — but the service is consistently disappointing when it comes to cutlery. Almost every time I order, I specifically request cutlery, tick the option, and even mention it in the instructions, yet they never send any. I usually order while I’m at work, where I don’t have access to spoons or forks, so it becomes very inconvenient. I’ve even called the restaurant a few times after placing my order to remind them, but the issue keeps happening. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference to the customer experience. I really hope Copper Kadai pays attention to this and improves their attention to special requests.

The fish biriyani was very flavourful and the mandhi was delicious with tender meat and perfectly cooked rice. The portion size was good and the taste was authentic. Overall, a very satisfying meal and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!
