Sean When I moved to the area, I tried roughly 5/6 Chinese takeaways that are most local to me. This one was the best. Their special chow mein, chilli & honey chicken and salt and pepper chips are unmatched. Pleasent staff as well, always greeted with a smile. Wish theyd open the restaurant for sit in/ buffet!

David Pigram I recently had a festive celebration with a big group, and wow, it was absolutely fantastic! The service was spot-on, and the food was mouth-watering—everything from the Pigs in Blankets to the Christmas Pudding was a hit. We all felt so welcomed, and the atmosphere really made our night special. I’d totally recommend this place for a festive gathering next year! Well done to the entire team!

J Green Standard Wetherspoons (which is a good thing). No waiting for a table and staff were quite helpful but one of the drinks machines ran out, meaning I ended up in conversation with a stranger while waiting for the working machine. (Good/Bad? You decide).

VP The restaurant inside the mansion is a real gem. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and served quickly—perfect for both relaxed meals and special occasions. For larger gatherings, I’d recommend making a reservation in advance. The team is very accommodating and will help organize everything smoothly, ensuring the experience feels effortless and enjoyable. What makes this place even more special is the setting: the restaurant is located in a charming winter greenhouse, inspired by the famous Crystal House. Dining here feels like stepping into a unique blend of history and elegance. There’s also a cozy bar where food is served, making it a great spot to unwind with a drink or enjoy a lighter bite. Altogether, it’s a must-visit part of the mansion experience.

Elysa Mae One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever had in the UK. The service was fantastic and the food was all hot and fresh. The portions were generous and the price was great value. Strongly recommend, I definitely plan on coming back.

Ela Ansell First time ordering and when we arrived it was busy which was a good sign. We ordered quite a lot, got home and the only thing that could have been better was the rib (was overcooked and dry) in the mix starter for £9, good portions split between two with enough for a full meal each tomorrow. Would def order again, thank you
