2 /5 M Alam Khan: This place is terrible when you go with a family for dinner or lunch. The service is slow and the food is not what you would expect. The chicken item is OK. Apart from that everything is terrible. Ordered a burger and it took 30 minutes and it was like McDonald cheeseburger for about 12£ with meal deal. The kids meal is very small portions. I think, they should improve the quality of the food and service bcz there and too many good options on that road.

5 /5 Umar Zaka: Tried Franzos Ilford and it did not disappoint. Chicken was tender, nicely grilled and the sauce had real flavour. Portions were good and everything tasted fresh. Solid spot for peri peri.

5 /5 Naila the Foodie: My family and I keep coming back to this place since trying it for the first time. We love the Green Street branch so we decided to try this one as well. The food is just as delicious, the Half Chicken here actually has some spicy kick to it. A generous portion of chips is given every time you come here, which are super flavourful. Mojitos are refreshing and enjoyable too. The staff are also super helpful and friendly. But for the love of God, please change the bottles the Franzos signature sauces are stored in! Theyre really hard to get out and its pretty frustrating. No other complaints otherwise. Food is high quality and much more affordable than most grilled chicken restaurants.

5 /5 Ayman Awan: Went to franzo’s for a Birthday Celebration, a party of 20 people. They dont take bookings so waiting time on a saturday night was over an Hour, but the guy names Awais was polite and looked after us. Food arrived quickly and was amazing. We didnt get 1 portion of chicken, which when notified to one member of staff, she replied we have been served full order and she has checked with kitchen. She wouldnt count and kept on blaming us, which was rather embarassing. Why would we fight over just half a chicken when we have paid over £250??? One member of staff named Kinza was very polite and looked after us. So big thumbs up to Awais and Kinza. Might not visit again because of experience we had with one member of staff, but if anyone wants to go in for taste, its 5/5.

5 /5 Sultan Wadud: We visited Franzos on Ilford Lane on a Saturday afternoon. As we didn’t go during peak time, seating was easy to find for our party of seven, which made the experience comfortable and relaxed. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the service was prompt throughout our visit. We ordered a mix of items from the menu, and everything arrived in good time. The Loaded Box was a highlight and went down very well. It offered great value for money, coming with a peri peri burger, three hot wings, and chips. We also ordered the Nashville-flavoured tenders and the mac and cheese with chicken, both of which were well cooked and full of flavour. Overall, the food was satisfying, portion sizes were generous, and there was truly something for everyone. A nice added bonus was the prayer area inside the restaurant, which was very convenient. A solid dining experience and a place we’d happily visit again.
