The staff are outstanding: Iryna, Valentina, Sylvia, Lucia, Matt, Adele, Carolina, Nolan, and anyone I may have accidentally missed. Every single one of them is unfailingly kind, attentive, and professional. They strike that rare balance of being genuinely friendly without ever feeling rushed or transactional, and they remember regulars in a way that makes you feel properly looked after.
Even on the busiest mornings, the atmosphere remains calm and positive, which is a real credit to the team. The service is efficient, thoughtful, and delivered with real warmth — it’s clear they care about what they do and about the people they serve.
